If you own a vehicle registered in Indiana then you must have liability insurance with coverage of at least 25/50/10. This means your car insurance policy must have at least:
- $25,000 bodily injury liability per accident per person
- $50,000 bodily injury liability all persons per accident
- $10,000 property damage liability insurance
